The fit and supply service is a process which simplifies the steps you need to take as a customer, to achieve your dream interior.

When you contact us regarding this service, we will pass your details to the most suitable candidate for your project. The choice of who to refer for the project depends on the ambassadors specialty, distance from project and availability.

The details we require include your: full name, email address, mobile number, project area, project postcode and material of choice.

You will be contacted directly by our ambassadors, usually via the phone or email to discuss the project further. At this stage, the future correspondence regarding the project is exclusively made between you and the ambassador.

The fit and supply process includes:

• Phone consultation.
• Site visit.
• Quote is provided (with material and labour cost included).
• Meeting to discuss products and colours for the project.
• Samples are made for approval by customer.
• Starting project.

If you are an applicator who would like to collaborate with us and become an ambassador, we would like to briefly explain our selection process to you.

The criteria for becoming an ambassador includes having a regular purchase history, demonstrating  that you are familiar with our product range and different application methods. This is the first step to show commitment to our products and our company. Once a certain financial spending target has been reached, we can invite you for a meeting in which we would like to view your work portfolio.

If all goes well, we can invite you for a final exam, which will be executed by our director.

Along the journey with us, our staff is always here to help and guide you if you have any questions. Numerous resources such as application videos, product manuals and courses have been carefully created to help our customer with learning how to use our products and explore new techniques.
