When training in groups it is difficult to diverge from certain factors of the course, such as the speed and content that is covered, unless there is a general consensus that everyone is learning at the same speed, and want to learn the same things.

A 1-1 course provides you with the opportunity to go into the training room with a blank slate, research the techniques you wish to learn, what are your clients requesting the most? Is there a specific finish in your area that is more desirable? Our trainers do not hold back and will answer any questions and teach any technique requested. We try to offer flexibility with our courses to ensure that as many people can come as possible. Having been in this industry for over 30 years, we very well know how difficult it can be to find time around ongoing projects in order to train. Not only are we paying the cost of training, but also have to deal with potential losses of not carrying jobs out during the training period.

With all this in mind, we are happy to cater to specific requirements with regard to dates and time off. Provided that other courses are not running during the required periods, we will try to make a trainer available to run a bespoke course. We have created this course in order to prepare applicators that have either secured, or are looking to secure a project where a specific finish is applied that the applicators may not be familiar with. The intention is to dedicate time and effort, solely to working on, and perfecting this finish with the help of guidance throughout the application, and direct feedback once it is carried out.
