Marmorino Classico Medium Grain Lime-Based Venetian Plaster 5kg (Medium Colours)

Regular price £75.00

Marmorino Classico is a traditional, hard-wearing Venetian plaster with a lime base.  Marmorino plasters have been used since ancient times to create different decorative finishes, and its versatility is still a key part of its use in contemporary decor. It's suitable for countless finishes, including smooth, travertine, pitted and dragged effect.  It's an essential material when it comes to classic Venetian plaster applications. The lime base and the high alkalinity of the product will ensure the breathability of the substrate, and a natural resistance to mould, bacteria and fungi.

For ease of navigation, Marmorino Classico has been split into 9 products. This is to facilitate colour and size selection, you will find each of the 3 sizes (1kg, 5kg, 25kg) will appear under 3 collections which are divided into (light, medium, dark) colours. It is also possible to use the search bar if you know the code of the colour you are after.

Disclaimers

- PLEASE READ BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE -

  • Please note, due to the lightness of some of the colours, our machines are not able to reduce the pigment enough to dispense the correct formula into 1kg. For this reason, the lightest colours are sometimes only available from 5kg onwards, or in extreme cases for the very lightest, 25kg is the only size in which they are available.

  • Although we have tried extremely hard to ensure that the colours for our plasters are displayed as accurately as possible, there is always going to be a level of discrepancy to the colour experienced once applied in your project. This can be down to multiple factors, such as the quality and brightness of the screen on which you have selected the colour, as well as the lighting in the room where these will eventually be applied. For this reason, we STRONGLY advise that you purchase a colour chart, or sample a 1kg tub of the desired colour to test it in your environment before ordering a larger quantity. Especially as we cannot accept returns for most colours.

  • Please note that our plasters are sold by weight. We cannot guarantee the colour, or size of bucket that you will receive, as this depends on availability. If a bucket you receive is not filled to the brim, please do not worry, we have prepared your order according to weight, not bucket size. All orders are audited for weight before leaving our premises.

  • Please note that all our Plasters are prepared for each individual client order. Since our products fall under the category of bespoke goods, it means that we cannot offer a refund if the colour is not suitable. This is because we have coloured the plaster to your specification. The only colour which may be returned for any plaster is the Uncoloured variant. This is due to this being the base colour of the material. For this reason it is very important that you have sampled the product before ordering.

  • Regarding coverage, our guidance for these materials is based on manufacturer recommendations. If you find that you have run short, please double check your measurements. The reality is that every applicator's hand is different. Your coverage may be higher or lower when compared to a different person. For this reason, if you know how far you are able to stretch any of these materials, we strongly encourage you to ignore our advice and order according to your experience. Again, we cannot take back any material that has been coloured by us, regardless of whether it has been used or not.
