Colbeton Basecoat For Interior & Exterior Walls 25kg

The Colbeton basecoat comes in powder form, and it's best used under different decorative plasters to ensure durability.  It's a cement-based, fibre-reinforced product, capable of creating a firm and flexible anticrack system, especially when embedded with our glass fibre mesh. It's ideal for the preparation of various surfaces, to create long-lasting decorative finishes with Venetian plaster. Colbeton can be used on interiors and exteriors, but not floors.

Specifications

Coverage:

  • 3.5kg per 1sqm (2 coats).

Number of coats:

  • Minimum 2 coats.

Dilution:

  • Approximately 6L per 25kg bag. We recommend to start with 5L and check consistency, more water can be added then until desired consistency is achieved.

Tools:

  • Venetian Plastering Trowel, Spatula.

Storage:

  • Between +5C and +35C for up to 2 years.

Grain size:

  • 0.75mm.
